Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tommy Oliver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Declan McCready!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCready fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oliver blocks a head kick by McCready.
Nice takedown defense from McCready. No joy for Oliver on that attempt.
Oliver tries to bum rush McCready with a series of wild strikes but McCready uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

McCready fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Oliver, pushing him back against the cage.
Oliver tries to score a body lock takedown but McCready shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
McCready lands a left hand.
Oliver wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Oliver. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Oliver has McCready pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. McCready manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
McCready lands an uppercut.
McCready is working Oliver over against the cage.
Oliver goes for a takedown in the clinch but McCready prevents it.
McCready gets through Oliver's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
McCready lands with a short shot to the head.
Oliver tries to score a body lock takedown but McCready shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

McCready lands a hook that snaps the head of Oliver backwards.
McCready lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Oliver or not.
Oliver is breathing heavily.
Oliver drops down looking for an ankle pick but McCready pulls his leg out and moves away.

McCready misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
McCready throws a sloppy head kick and Oliver moves out of range easily.
Oliver tries to score a power double leg takedown but McCready sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Oliver somewhat.
McCready scores with a crisp jab that stopped Oliver in his tracks.
McCready tries a head kick but it misses.

Oliver shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McCready's guard.

Oliver throws and elbow that misses. McCready uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Oliver's guard. Nice move by McCready!

Oliver lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McCready!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Oliver looks for a takedown but McCready sprawls well.
McCready lands with a kick to the temple. Oliver shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Tommy Oliver has been cut.
Oliver fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McCready avoids it really well and circles away.
McCready throws a head kick that misses.
Oliver shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McCready but McCready pushes him off and we're back to square one.

McCready wants to clinch up but Oliver keeps it at a distance.

Oliver closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McCready thows a body kick. Oliver tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

McCready lands a big head kick that sends Oliver tumbling to the mat! McCready takes a step backwards and waves Oliver back to his feet - he wants the finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oliver fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
McCready throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
McCready misses with a head kick.
McCready throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
McCready clobbers Oliver with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Declan McCready seems to be getting the better of the standup.
McCready misses with a wild body shot.

Oliver drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McCready gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Oliver has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. McCready is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
McCready lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
McCready has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

McCready's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Crunch! McCready slams his shin into Oliver's torso.
McCready connects with a high kick.

McCready lands a big head kick that sends Oliver tumbling to the mat! McCready takes a step backwards and waves Oliver back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Oliver is rocked!
Oliver on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Oh Oliver is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Oliver on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by McCready. McCready obviously looking to wear him down.
Oliver seems to have got his legs back now.
McCready lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Oliver crumples to the floor! McCready milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
