Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ray slaps away a takedown attempt from Strong, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Strong.
Strong misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Ray manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ray won't let Strong get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Strong shoots in and drives through. Ray sprawls well.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Strong, as that shot connected.
No luck for Strong with that takedown attempt.
Strong takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Strong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ray tries to avoid it but Strong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ray to the ground. Ray escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ray looks to land a left hand but Strong moved out of range nicely.
Strong throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ray was covering up waiting for the punch and Strong finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Frankie Ray showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Ray has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
