Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reggie Green!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Llipton Teabag!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Reed Andrews and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Green lands a head kick that stumbles Teabag and the fighters go to the mat.


Teabag is rocked!


It looks like Llipton Teabag has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Teabag looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Green has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Teabag wants to sweep but no luck.

Green avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Teabag looks gassed!

Green decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Reggie Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Green misses.
Teabag shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Green comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Teabag showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Green.
Green throws a big shot that misses.

Green ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Teabag moves away.
Teabag closes the distance and clinches up with Green, looking for a takedown. Teabag pushes Green against the cage but Green circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Reggie Green is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Teabag misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Reggie Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Llipton Teabag.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Teabag.
Green knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Teabag on the ground.
Teabag passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Green!

Teabag goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Green is on top in guard.
Teabag tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Teabag bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Green's guard.
Teabag pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Green is keeping the position for now.
Teabag prevents Green from getting back to his feet.

Teabag is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Green is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Green has escaped and now he's on top!

Teabag is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Teabag looking to hit a scissor sweep but Green is one step ahead there.

Teabag has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Green can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Teabag looking for a guillotine here but Green defends easily.
Green is looking to stand up but Teabag won't let him.

Green would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Teabag looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Teabag has an active guard here but Green has managed to pass into half guard.

Teabag is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Green pulls his head out easily.

Green decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Teabag closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Teabag is working for a submission of some sort.
Teabag scores with a couple of good hammerfists.


Green is rocked!
Green pushes Teabag off looking to stand but Teabag dives back in and keeps control.

Teabag wants to work for an arm triangle but Green is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Teabag trying to pass the guard but Green defending well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Teabag working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Green's thigh. Green counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Green trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Reggie Green will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Llipton Teabag's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Green throws a sloppy head kick and Teabag moves out of range easily.
Green misses with a looping left.
Green misses with a hook.

Green instigates a clinch.
Teabag has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Green is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Teabag is working for takedown but Green is calmly controlling the position for now.
Teabag is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Reggie Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Llipton Teabag.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Teabag is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Green gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Green escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Teabag moves out of range of the strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Green, as that shot connected.
Green slow jab from Teabag misses its intended target.
Teabag defending well as Green loads up on a big left hand.
Teabag slips a jab and a cross from Green.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Green tries to bum rush Teabag with a series of wild strikes but Teabag uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Teabag ducks under a wild hook from Green.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Green scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Teabag feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Teabag stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Green swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Green not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Green wants to sweep here but Teabag controlling him for the moment.
Teabag pushing down on Green's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Teabag looking for a submission but Green manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.

Teabag drops back, looking for a kneebar! Green looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Green looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Green!
Teabag is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Green wants to lay and pray for a moment but Teabag keeps working.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Teabag is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Green off and has taken his back!
Green manages to reverse the position and now he's in Teabag's guard. Nice work there by Green.
Green throwing strikes but missing.
Green wants to control from the top but Teabag keeps moving.

Green thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Green wants to get up but he can't break Teabag's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Green won't allow Teabag to sweep him here.

Teabag pushes a forearm under Green's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Green is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Llipton Teabag!
