Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alessandro de Ferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Augustus Sancta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). de Ferro's entrance music is CMX - Ruoste. A fine choice. Sancta has chosen Oh for a thousand Tongues to Sing as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Ferro clinches with his opponent.

de Ferro has picked Sancta up - he's going for a ride! de Ferro dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
de Ferro is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sancta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. de Ferro tries to avoid it but Sancta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag de Ferro to the ground. de Ferro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
