Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Reagan Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Diogo Souza! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Radbod Blank.

Jackson rushes Souza and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Souza is working for takedown but Jackson is calmly controlling the position for now. Jackson with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Jackson content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Jackson looking to slow down the pace here. Souza has Jackson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jackson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. It looks like Diogo Souza has been cut. Jackson tries a knee to the head but Souza blocks it.
Jackson gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Souza goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jackson prevents it.
Jackson crunches a lovely knee into Souza's ribcage. Souza looks gassed! Jackson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Reagan Jackson. Jackson scores with a nice strike. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Jackson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Jackson is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Jackson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Souza is defending well for now.

Souza is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jackson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Souza is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Souza passes the guard and advances to mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Reagan Jackson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Diogo Souza's cut. That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Souza tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jackson swivels and escapes. Jackson pushes Souza away with a front kick. Nice sprawl there from Jackson as Souza shoots in. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Souza paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jackson tries to clinch but Souza moves out of range. Souza misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Reagan Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diogo Souza. A left and a right from Jackson both land. Nice combination. Reagan Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Souza keeps the fight on the outside. Souza swats away the attempt to clinch by Jackson. Jackson tries to clinch but Souza is having none of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Souza feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Souza tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard. Souza is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Souza drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jackson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Souza has Jackson in his guard. Jackson wanted to stand there but Souza had control of the position.

Souza has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jackson stands up from Souza's guard - Jackson perhaps looking for a knockout. Reagan Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Souza shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Souza swings around for an armbar but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Souza's guard. Reagan Jackson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Souza working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jackson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jackson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Souza escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jackson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
And that's the end of the fight! Reagan Jackson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jackson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
