Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Columbo Gatti and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montoya shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Jones throws a series of punches but Montoya moves out of range.
Jones gets a clinch.
Montoya looking for a takedown.
Jones breaks the clinch.
Montoya slips under a jab from Jones.
Montoya throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Montoya shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Montoya. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jones throws out a loose jab but Montoya uses good head movement to avoid it.
Montoya shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Montoya.
Montoya swats away the attempt to clinch by Jones.
Montoya shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Montoya keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown by Montoya or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad.
A combination from Jones does no damage.
Montoya is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jones.

Montoya throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.

Montoya shoots in but no luck this time.

Montoya closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away.
Jones drops Montoya with a beautiful combination! Montoya stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!

It looks like Eric Montoya has been cut.

Jones lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Montoya falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
