Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dekkers The! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cajo Melo! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. The showed some decent athleticism there. Melo makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! The shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The landing punches.
It looks like Cajo Melo has been cut. Melo is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
The has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The looking to control but Melo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Melo has left one of his arms exposed and The doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Melo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
