Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zgwina Toure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caco Ruas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zgwina Toure is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zgwina Toure! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Caco Ruas! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ruas fails with an attempt to clinch.
Toure looks to land a combination but Ruas avoids it well. Ruas tries to clinch up. Ruas doesn't manage to clinch there - Toure circles away.
Ruas rushes Toure and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Toure. Ruas trying to land knees to the body.
Ruas manages to break the clinch.
Ruas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ruas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ruas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Toure makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Nice sprawl there from Toure as Ruas shoots in. Toure swinging wildly here.
Toure closes the distance and clinches up with Ruas, looking for a takedown. Toure pushes Ruas against the cage but Ruas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ruas closes the distance and clinches. A hook to the body from Ruas.

That's one minute gone in the round. Ruas's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Toure goes for a takedown attempt but Ruas pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Toure tries to clinch but Ruas is having none of it. Ruas shoots for a double leg takedown but Toure sprawls well. He's pushed Ruas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Ruas closes the distance looking to clinch and Toure counters with a right hand to the body. Ruas has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Ruas wants to clinch but Toure slips to the side so Toure counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Ruas keeping moving, preventing Toure from controlling successfully. Toure is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Toure wants to control from the top but Ruas keeps moving. Ruas looking to control but Toure passes into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ruas tries to get to full guard but Toure has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Toure is looking for a kimura but Ruas is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Toure to get the leverage. Ruas is looking to improve his position.
Toure is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Toure is working for a submission of some sort.
Toure is looking for a kimura but Ruas is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Toure to get the leverage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ruas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Ruas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Toure. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Toure looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zgwina Toure dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Toure changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ruas tries to avoid it but Toure manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ruas to the ground. Ruas escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ruas darts in trying to clinch and Toure counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Zgwina Toure is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Toure misses with a few strikes there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ruas rushes Toure and presses him up against the cage. Ruas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ruas closes the distance but Toure moves to the side and Toure counters with a takedown into side control. Ruas regains half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ruas trying to hold on to Toure's head to control him but Toure postures up.
Ruas wants to get back to his feet. Ruas is looking to control Toure's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ruas avoid being mounted? Toure is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ruas defends it well. Ruas is trying to control Toure's posture. Toure takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Ruas! Toure is rotating here... this could be the end... Ruas is out! Toure has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
