Bailey's entrance music is Welcome to the TerrorDome. A fine choice. Marcelio Garcia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joel Bailey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcelio Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Garcia gets the takedown into side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Garcia jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Bailey is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Bailey and Garcia has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Bailey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Garcia's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
