Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francis Assisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drako Vonstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assisi's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, In The Morning. Vonstein is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: AC/DC Thunderstruck (techno). Drako Vonstein has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Francis Assisi's chin.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vonstein shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Vonstein showed some decent athleticism there.
Vonstein is looking for a kimura but Assisi is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Vonstein to get the leverage.
Assisi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vonstein is working away from the top position though.
Vonstein wants to work for an arm triangle but Assisi is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Assisi regains full guard. Nicely done.
Vonstein looking to sit in guard and control but Assisi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Assisi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Assisi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Assisi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Assisi drops back looking for a leg! Vonstein is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vonstein manages to kick Assisi off! Assisi jumps back into Vonstein's guard.

Assisi wants to control from the top but Vonstein keeps moving.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vonstein is looking for a triangle but Assisi pushes his legs off easily.
Vonstein escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Assisi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Assisi stands and throws Vonstein's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Vonstein tries to bench press Assisi off him but Assisi keeps the position.

Vonstein drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Assisi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Vonstein has Assisi in his guard.
Assisi has gone for a leg lock! Vonstein slips out almost immediately though and dives into Assisi's guard.

Assisi is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Vonstein rolls with it to try and escape but Assisi cranks on the arm and Vonstein is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
