The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minotauro keeps the fight on the outside.

Minotauro closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Junqueira did well to prevent Minotauro getting side control.

Junqueira tries to roll over but Minotauro keeps him under control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Junqueira fails in his attempt to clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Minotauro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Junqueira circles away.

Minotauro fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Junqueira checks it well.
Gabriel Junqueira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Junqueira drops Minotauro with a right and a left! Junqueira comes rushing in but Minotauro regains his composure and manages to keep Junqueira in guard.

It looks like Young Minotauro has been cut.

Junqueira drops back looking for a leg! Minotauro is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Minotauro manages to kick Junqueira off! Junqueira jumps back into Minotauro's guard.
