Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jure Pavlovic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, TJ Johnson! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pavlovic moves into the clinch successfully.
Pavlovic breaks from the clinch.
Pavlovic wants to land a leg kick but Johnson is out of range. Pavlovic tries to clinch up but Johnson circles away and keeps his distance. Johnson avoids the head kick by Pavlovic.
Johnson staying out of range there. Pavlovic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pavlovic. Pavlovic's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Pavlovic duly obliges. Pavlovic throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson moves out of range easily. A head kick misses from Pavlovic. Johnson shoots for a double leg takedown but Pavlovic sprawls well. He's pushed Johnson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Pavlovic tries to clinch there but Johnson circles away.

Pavlovic tries to clinch up but Johnson circles away and keeps his distance. Johnson tries for a takedown but Pavlovic sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Johnson gets the takedown into side control. Johnson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Johnson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Johnson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Pavlovic tries to buck Johnson off but Johnson is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Johnson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson wants to control but Pavlovic is keeping him busy. Johnson looks gassed! Pavlovic wants to get back to his feet but Johnson drags him back down. Johnson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Pavlovic is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Johnson yanks on the arm and Pavlovic is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Johnson.
