Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Cirus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Desouza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cirus comes to the cage accompanied by He's a Pirate - Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cirus misses with an uppercut.
Desouza thows a body kick. Cirus tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Cirus throws a body punch but Desouza moves out of range.
Cirus fails to land with a series of punches.
Cirus avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Desouza loads up on a big right hand but Cirus slips the punch.
Cirus changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Desouza looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
