Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Yu has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yu closes the distance and pushes Dempsey back into the cage.
Dempsey throws an elbow that misses.
Dempsey throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Yu blocks it with crossed arms.

Dempsey breaks from the clinch.
Nice shot lands for Yu.

It looks like Jack Dempsey has been cut.
Dempsey takes one to the side of the head.
Yu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Yu connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dempsey's hands.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dempsey keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Yu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dempsey tries to avoid it but Yu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dempsey to the ground. Dempsey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dempsey clinches but Yu breaks the clinch
and Yu counters with a right hand to the body.
Yu shoots in for a takedown but Dempsey shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Yu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dempsey takes one to the side of the head.
Dempsey takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Yu lands a jab.

That has opened up Jack Dempsey's cut even more.

The fight stays on the outside here - Dempsey looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Yu tests Dempsey's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Dempsey stuffs the takedown attempt from Yu. Yu gets slowly back to his feet.
Yu throws the kick towards the body but Dempsey avoids it.
Dempsey throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Yu shoots in but no luck this time.
Yu shoots in for a double leg but Dempsey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Yu clobbers Dempsey with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Yu catches Dempsey with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Yu is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Yu tests Dempsey's chin there with a solid looking shot.

The cut above Jack Dempsey's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Yu goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Yu throws a combination. Dempsey tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Yu tries a head kick but it misses.

Yu gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Dempsey is fighting off a takedown attempt but Yu is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Dempsey to the mat. Dempsey regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Dempsey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Yu not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jack Dempsey's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jack Dempsey's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
