Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Richard Imer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tulio Araribe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tulio Araribe was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Imer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Araribe napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Imer has hold of Araribe's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Araribe tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Imer cranks the arm and Araribe screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Araribe, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Richard Imer!
