Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jonny Stevens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jordan Coleman! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Coleman gets caught flat footed, as Stevens shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Coleman striking off his back but it's not causing Stevens any problems. Stevens stays in close to Coleman's body and controls the position. Stevens seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Coleman for as long as he can get away with. Stevens loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Stevens stays in close to Coleman's body and controls the position. Coleman thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Stevens is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jonny Stevens. Stevens clinches with his opponent.
Stevens drops down looking for an ankle pick but Coleman pulls his leg out and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Coleman is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Coleman tries to reverse the position but Stevens maintains control. Coleman is squirming around, avoiding Stevens's attempts to control the action. Stevens working the ground and pound effectively.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Coleman tries to reverse the position but Stevens maintains control. Stevens with the ground and pound from mount. Stevens controlling the pace for now. Stevens lands with some strikes. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Coleman looks gassed! Stevens has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Coleman's face.
Coleman swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Stevens tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coleman tries to lock up and control but Stevens gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Stevens looking to control and managing it successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonny Stevens dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Stevens shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Coleman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jonny Stevens. Coleman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Coleman wants to pass to mount but Stevens is defending the position. Stevens moves into full guard.
Stevens looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Coleman is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stevens lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Coleman! Stevens lands a big shot there that rocks Coleman but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Stevens cracks Coleman with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Stevens working away from the top, dropping strikes. Stevens lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stevens controlling the pace for now.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Jonny Stevens just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Stevens scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Stevens is controlling the pace.
Stevens frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonny Stevens dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Stevens closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee asks Stevens politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Stevens prefers to stall for the moment though. Coleman stops Stevens from passing to mount. Coleman is looking for a sweep. Coleman is letting Stevens control him for a moment. Stevens lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Coleman down.
Coleman seems a little lost for a moment, as Stevens dominates the positioning. Jonny Stevens overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Stevens has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Stevens has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Coleman is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Stevens yanks on the arm and Coleman is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Stevens.
