Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Justus Blazin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Blazin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to adidas. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justus Blazin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesse Hall! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blazin looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Blazin looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Blazin tries a head kick but it misses.
Hall fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Blazin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Blazin won't be happy with that. Blazin is looking to regain half guard here but Hall keeps moving and retains side control. Hall working the head with strikes. Hall works to advance to full mount. Blazin defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Hall tries to control but Blazin wriggling away. Hall working the ground and pound effectively.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hall is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Hall fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hall with a poor takedown and Blazin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Blazin. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hall is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Hall looking to control.
Hall has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Hall is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Hall is looking to advance position but Blazin won't allow it. Hall wants to take a breather but Blazin is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hall slips a nice elbow through Blazin's hands, connecting with Blazin's forehead. Blazin wants to improve his position but Hall is controlling well.
Hall is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Blazin doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hall. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hall is pressing down on Blazin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Blazin is holding on for now. Hall lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Hall is in the full mount, landing strikes. Hall fails to advance to Blazin's back. Hall get's back to his feet. Blazin shoots and misses and Hall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Blazin won't be happy with that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justus Blazin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Blazin is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hall is controlling him well. Hall wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Blazin, who protects the arm well. Blazin struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hall scoring with punches and elbows. Hall looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Hall prevents Blazin from escaping the position. Hall manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hall decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Hall gets a takedown into half guard. Hall wants to work for an arm triangle but Blazin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Blazin escapes and throws Hall's legs to the side, diving into side control! Hall can't do much from the bottom here. Hall gets back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hall makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Hall.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hall is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Blazin trying to control the action but Hall is working from the bottom. Hall slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Blazin postures up.

Hall shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blazin but Blazin pushes him off and we're back to square one. Justus Blazin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Blazin with a poor takedown and Hall counters with a takedown into side control. Hall is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blazin knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Blazin struggling a bit here. Hall cracks Blazin with a big elbow. Blazin struggling a bit here. Blazin dodges the ground and pound from Blazin. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Hall tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hall has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Hall moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Hall wants to lay and pray for a moment but Blazin keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Hall tries for a kimura but Blazin is defending well. Hall wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Blazin, who protects the arm well. Hall is looking to take a break and control but Blazin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Blazin parries the strikes from Hall easily there. Hall is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Blazin to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blazin gets back to half guard. Hall is trying to work for a kimura but Blazin is defending well.

Hall winds up and cracks Blazin with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Hall stands up and beckons Blazin to join him on the feet. Hall scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Blazin is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Hall seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Blazin has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
And that's the end of the fight! Jesse Hall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Hall has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
