The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Duarte is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Zulu is just riding it out for now. Duarte eventually gives up the hold.

Pedro Duarte showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Duarte slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Duarte wants to control the pace but Zulu is squirming around nicely.
Zulu's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Duarte swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Zulu is now in Duarte's guard. A big mistake from Duarte there, giving up the dominant position!
Zulu prevents Duarte from getting back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight!

I think Duarte has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
