Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Daniels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Quinton Liddell!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Daniels throwing short punches from the bottom.
Daniels throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Daniels manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Liddell manages to get himself to full guard.
Liddell is working an open guard so Daniels takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Liddell tries to clinch up but Daniels circles away and keeps his distance.
Daniels swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Liddell fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Daniels shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Daniels seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Liddell trying to control but Daniels postures up.

Daniels gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Daniels looks to land a body kick but Liddell moved away.
Liddell shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Daniels napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Daniels gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Daniels manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Daniels feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Daniels is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Liddell can do anything to dispel that myth.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Daniels has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Daniels is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Daniels controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Daniels cracks Liddell with a solid left hand.

Daniels decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Liddell gets caught flat footed, as Daniels shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Daniels passes into half guard.
Daniels scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Liddell is rocked!
Daniels lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Liddell! More strikes land and this one is all over! Daniels jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Daniels!
