Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryuhei Sawamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Stupid KId. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ray Machine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryuhei Sawamura! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sawamura throws a lazy right hand but Machine sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Sawamura shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Machine's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Machine trying to control the position here. Machine has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Sawamura wants to stand and escape but instead Machine has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Machine is looking to work some ground and pound but Sawamura has wrist control. Machine works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sawamura is looking to improve his position.
Sawamura really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Machine. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Machine works his way into full mount! Machine with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Machine looking to control and managing it successfully. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sawamura can do anything to dispel that myth. Sawamura squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Machine with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Machine postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sawamura looks a forlorn figure.
Sawamura is in all sorts of trouble here.
Machine looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machine has hold of Sawamura's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sawamura manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Machine working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Machine prevents Sawamura from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Poor strikes thrown by Machine there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Sawamura is in all sorts of trouble here.
Machine is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sawamura is surviving well by controlling Machine's body position as best he can. Sawamura holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Machine tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Machine throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Machine controlling from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Machine dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Machine displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sawamura throws out the jab. Sawamura throws a solid leg kick but Machine takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Sawamura. Sawamura lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Machine gets a takedown into half guard. Sawamura is refusing to be controlled, as Machine sits in half guard. Machine trying to mount his opponent but Sawamura defends it. Sawamura is trying to stand up here but Machine is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machine is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Sawamura has managed to free his arm - good work. Machine controlling the pace. Machine wants to take a breather but Sawamura is having none of it. Machine is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sawamura sees it coming and defends easily. Machine wants to take a breather but Sawamura is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Machine stops Sawamura from getting back to his feet.
Machine seems to be looking for submissions.
Sawamura is staying active underneath Machine, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Machine not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machine sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sawamura defending well though. Machine is keen to just control but Sawamura is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sawamura blocking the ground and pound attempt from Machine. Sawamura is trying to stand.
Machine seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sawamura does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Machine throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Machine works his way into full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Sawamura wants to hold on but Machine pushes him away. Sawamura is breathing heavily. Sawamura keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Machine content just to control the position here. Machine throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ray Machine dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Sawamura doesn't manage to clinch there - Machine circles away.
Nice defenses there by Machine. Machine misses with the combination.
Sawamura misses with a double jab
and Machine decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sawamura's guard. Sawamura wants to get back to his feet but Machine is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Machine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Machine controls from within his opponent's guard. Machine pushes down on Sawamura's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Machine uses his free foot to push down on Sawamura's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Sawamura. Machine looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Sawamura has given up his back here. Will Machine look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Sawamura fending off the submission attempt from Machine. Machine is working for a rear naked choke. Sawamura is not defending it well and Machine has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Sawamura refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Sawamura's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
