Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yushin Okami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rip Off (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rip Off has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yushin Okami!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rip Off!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okami tries to keep at a distance but Off has taken the fight into the clinch.
Okami jumps guard but Off stands there with Okami around his waist. Okami gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Off is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Okami is defending well for now.
Okami on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Okami has Off pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Off manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Okami ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Okami no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Off is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Okami swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Off has hold of Okami's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Okami manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Okami is squirming around, avoiding Off's attempts to control the action.

Okami is working to get back to half guard.
Off scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Off trying to control but Okami is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rip Off dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

and Off counters with a single leg into guard. Okami didn't expect that.
Okami is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Off is controlling him.
Off decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Off putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Okami in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Off goes for a takedown attempt but Okami pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Off throws a low kick but Okami moves out of range easily.

Off tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Okami is able to avoid easily.
Okami shoots and misses
and Off counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Off stands up from half guard.
Rip Off seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Off shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Off drives through and clinches with Okami against the cage.
Off throws a punch but it's blocked by Okami.
Okami has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Off is trying to keep an underhook but Okami manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Okami content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Off wants to get back to his feet.
Okami is thwarting Off's attempts to control the position.
Okami throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Okami wants to pass to mount but Off is defending the position.
Rip Off has got the better of the ground game so far.
Okami is keen to just control but Off is a slippery customer.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Off manages to get to full guard.
Off escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Okami gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Okami wants to control from the top but Off keeps moving.

Okami pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Off is keeping the position for now.
Okami is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Off has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Okami is looking to defend but Off has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Okami! Off pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Okami taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Rip Off!
