Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotoure tries to bum rush Barker with a series of wild strikes but Barker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rotoure throws a jab but it's blocked by Barker.
Barker has closed the distance and engaged Rotoure in a clinch.
Barker lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Barker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Rotoure with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
It looks like Sandy Rotoure has been cut.
Rotoure works his way to full guard. Good work.
Barker avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Barker is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Rotoure has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Barker is looking to defend but Rotoure has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Barker! Rotoure pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Barker taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Sandy Rotoure!
