Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sancho Paredes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tevok Norat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tevok Norat! The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norat wants to clinch. Norat fails with a takedown attempt. Norat shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Paredes sprawls well. Paredes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Norat gets slowly back to his feet. Paredes connects with a single shot there.
It looks like Tevok Norat has been cut. Paredes dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Norat looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! Paredes cracks Norat with a big right hand and Norat goes down! Norat should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Paredes sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Norat's guard. Norat wants to get back to his feet.
Paredes seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Paredes passes to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Paredes content just to control the position here. Paredes working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Norat looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Paredes! Submission of the night perhaps?
