Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shinya Nakata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucious LaFleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaFleur has chosen 2001 a space odyssey as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Shinya Nakata!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lucious LaFleur!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakata shoots in looking for a takedown. LaFleur tries to sprawl out of it but Nakata keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. LaFleur manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nakata fails with the takedown.
LaFleur misses with a double jab.
LaFleur takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nakata takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
LaFleur lands a nice shot that snaps Nakata's head back.
LaFleur throws a series of strikes that have Nakata backpedaling.
Nakata is rocked!
LaFleur misses with a body shot.
Oh Nakata is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nakata slips a jab and a cross from LaFleur.
LaFleur throws a pinpoint strike between Nakata's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Nakata crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and LaFleur scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lucious LaFleur!
