The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Raynor sprawls well. He's pushed silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
silva takes the fight into the clinch.
silva wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Raynor has him pressed against the cage.
A body shot lands from Raynor.
Raynor has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. silva is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Raynor is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
