Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georg Ansturm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jarrod plane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
plane is looking to clinch but Ansturm is avoiding it.
plane tries to move into range but Ansturm moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
plane gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ansturm throwing strikes but missing.

plane manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Ansturm has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ansturm got a little sloppy there for a moment and plane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ansturm has managed to get both his arms back between plane's legs - danger averted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
