Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Banjo Horror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, John Mangel and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg throws a shot to the body.
Borg fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Horror connects with a looping right hand.
Horror tries for a takedown but Borg circles away easily
and Borg counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Horror thinking.
Horror moves out of range of the leg kick from Borg.
Borg stuffs the takedown attempt from Horror. Horror gets slowly back to his feet.
Horror swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Borg counters with a one-two to the body.
Horror has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Banjo Horror. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Horror uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Borg.

so Borg counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Borg accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Horror wants to stand but Borg is controlling the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Borg gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Horror defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Borg.

and Horror counters with a shoot takedown. Borg fights it but they end up in guard.
Horror won't allow Borg to sweep him here.

Borg escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Horror gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Borg holds on and takes a little breather.
Borg has his feet on Horror's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Horror looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Horror shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Borg sprawls well. Borg wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Horror gets slowly back to his feet.
Horrible takedown by Borg or perhaps it was just good defense by Horror which made him look bad.
Borg tries to score a power double leg takedown but Horror sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Borg somewhat.
Borg throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Borg throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Horror's waist but Horror gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Borg off to one side.
Borg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Horror as he avoids it easily.
Horror closes this distance looking for a takedown but Borg circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Banjo Horror will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Borg rushes Horror and presses him up against the cage.
Horror has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Borg is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Borg jumps guard but Horror stands there with Borg around his waist. Borg gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Borg jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Horror walks away with a smile on his face. Borg gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Horror tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Borg paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Borg takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

and Borg counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Borg shoots for a double leg takedown but Horror sprawls well. He's pushed Borg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Borg is pulling down on Horror's head. It's preventing any offense from Horror, at least for the moment.
Borg pushes Horror off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

I would just about give that final round to Bjorn Borg.
