Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Waltdisney Rancatoco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Moraiso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Waltdisney Rancatoco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardo Moraiso! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rancatoco shoots in and drives through. Moraiso sprawls well. Moraiso keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Moraiso scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moraiso is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rancatoco has escaped the position, nice work there. Rancatoco is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Moraiso is trying to control. Rancatoco wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Moraiso seems to be working for a kimura but Rancatoco defends the submission attempt. Rancatoco is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Rancatoco wants to control but Moraiso is keeping busy and won't allow it. Rancatoco missing with punches from the bottom.
Moraiso wants to pass to mount but Rancatoco is defending the position. Moraiso is keen to just control but Rancatoco is a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moraiso is trying to work for a kimura but Rancatoco is defending well.
Moraiso is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rancatoco defends it well. Rancatoco is trying to control but can't.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Moraiso slaps away a takedown attempt from Rancatoco, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Waltdisney Rancatoco. That's going to take a lot out of him. Moraiso scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Moraiso looks gassed! Moraiso is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rancatoco knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Rancatoco manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Rancatoco wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Rancatoco trying to control here.
Rancatoco tries to get to full guard but Moraiso has control of the leg. Rancatoco trying to control but Moraiso postures up.
Moraiso is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rancatoco has managed to free his arm - good work. Rancatoco is pressing down on Moraiso's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Moraiso drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Moraiso jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Moraiso is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Moraiso got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rancatoco has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moraiso has managed to get both his arms back between Rancatoco's legs - danger averted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moraiso is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Rancatoco is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Rancatoco has escaped and now he's on top! Rancatoco postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Rancatoco trying to control but Moraiso is working from the bottom. Rancatoco wants to pass the guard but Moraiso is keeping the position. Moraiso looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rancatoco got a little sloppy there for a moment and Moraiso has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rancatoco has managed to get both his arms back between Moraiso's legs - danger averted.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moraiso is looking to sinch up a triangle. Rancatoco throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Moraiso's body to avoid the submission. Moraiso has instead reached around Rancatoco's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Moraiso arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
