Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ashur Syrian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Melvis Maximus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ashur Syrian is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ashur Syrian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Melvis Maximus! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maximus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Syrian swivels and escapes. Maximus shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Syrian sprawls well. Syrian wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Maximus gets slowly back to his feet. A bone on bone clash there as Syrian blocks the leg kick.
Maximus shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Syrian as he jumps to the side. Ashur Syrian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Melvis Maximus. A jab from Maximus misses. Maximus throws the kick towards the body but Syrian avoids it. A jab lands there for Maximus. Syrian missing with a left hand there. Maximus was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Maximus throws a leg kick which misses Syrian's front leg but catches the back leg as Syrian tries to avoid it. A momentary lapse in concentration from Syrian enables Maximus to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Syrian manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Maximus with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maximus trying to control but Syrian is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Melvis Maximus has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Maximus misses with a head kick.
Maximus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Syrian swats him away and circles back towards the center. Maximus is trying hard to land a takedown here. Syrian sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Maximus is defended easily by Syrian. Maximus fails with a takedown attempt. Maximus looks gassed! Syrian looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Syrian working over Maximus with some ground and pound. Maximus looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Syrian is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Syrian prevents Maximus from improving his position. Syrian looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Maximus with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Syrian seems to be looking for submissions.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Syrian connects with a nice short shot to Maximus's temple. Syrian looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Maximus moves into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Maximus keeping moving, preventing Syrian from controlling successfully. Syrian trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Maximus looking to control.
Maximus looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Maximus is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Syrian is looking to control Maximus's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Syrian avoid being mounted? The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Maximus is looking to take a break and control but Syrian is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Melvis Maximus will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Maximus tries for a takedown but Syrian circles away easily and Syrian counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Maximus! Syrian lands a big shot there that rocks Maximus but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Maximus is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Syrian drops a big elbow. That's hurt Maximus! More shots from Syrian and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ashur Syrian!
