Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Saint Kevin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ezio Auditore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ezio Auditore is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kevin gets caught flat footed, as Auditore shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Auditore tries to stand but Kevin is controlling from the bottom.
Auditore won't allow Kevin to get back to his feet.
Auditore wants to control from the top but Kevin keeps moving.
Auditore really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kevin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kevin is trying to keep Auditore in close.
Kevin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Auditore!
Auditore is in all sorts of trouble here.
Kevin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kevin throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Auditore because Kevin loaded up on that one.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Kevin unloads with some shots from mount but Auditore bucks and avoids them well.

Kevin tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kevin has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kevin seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Auditore for as long as he can get away with.
Auditore is squirming around, avoiding Kevin's attempts to control the action.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Saint Kevin just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Auditore throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kevin was covering up waiting for the punch and Auditore finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Auditore looks gassed!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kevin had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Auditore defends it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Saint Kevin will probably get the nod.

Auditore tries to clinch but Kevin is having none of it.
Kevin closes the distance but Auditore moves to the side

so Auditore counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kevin will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Kevin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Auditore is sitting in close to Kevin's body. Kevin has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Auditore is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Auditore is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Kevin.
