The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato slips under a jab from Pacquiao.
Sato looks to land a left hand but Pacquiao moved out of range nicely.
Pacquiao throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pacquiao gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sato escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pacquiao tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sato closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Sato wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pacquiao keeps working.
Sato is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Pacquiao is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
