Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Aiden Pulley!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandes throws a right hand that Pulley ducks under and follows up with a left that Pulley also avoids with ease.
Donk. Fernandes catches Pulley right on the button with a cross.


It looks like Aiden Pulley has been cut.
Fernandes changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Fernandes fails to land with a series of punches.
Bryan Fernandes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheers as Fernandes lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pulley doesn't seem phased though.
Fernandes takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Fernandes stuffs the takedown attempt from Pulley. Pulley gets slowly back to his feet.
Fernandes scores with a hook to the body. Pulley takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Pulley shoots for a takedown but Fernandes saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Pulley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Fernandes takes a swing at Pulley's ribcage but misses.

Pulley takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A jab lands there for Fernandes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pulley shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fernandes but Fernandes pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Pulley closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fernandes to the mat! Fernandes manages to get full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fernandes wants to stand and escape but Pulley is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fernandes on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fernandes tries to get out of the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Aiden Pulley.
Fernandes stuffs the takedown.

Pulley shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fernandes pinned against the cage. Fernandes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Pulley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fernandes defends it nicely.
Fernandes lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Fernandes stalks Pulley and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pulley's face. Pulley staggers backwards, shaken.
Fernandes throws a hook but Pulley blocks it.
Bryan Fernandes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pulley shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fernandes manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Fernandes is looking to stand back up but Pulley counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Fernandes.
Fernandes wants to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Pulley seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Pulley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fernandes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fernandes throws a lazy right hand but Pulley sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Pulley is looking to take a break and control but Fernandes is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Fernandes is pushing Pulley's head away, looking to escape. Pulley manages to hold on to the position though.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Fernandes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pulley.
Horrible takedown by Pulley or perhaps it was just good defense by Fernandes which made him look bad.
Fernandes moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Pulley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Bryan Fernandes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aiden Pulley.

Fernandes scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Pulley uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fernandes.
Fernandes is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
