Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Philip Mozat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Windham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mozat kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In the end. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Philip Mozat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aaron Windham! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mozat tries a head kick but it misses.
Mozat looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Windham has Mozat up against the cage in a clinch.
Windham is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Mozat takes a shot to the head. Mozat can't break the clinch.
Mozat tries to land knees in the clinch but Windham avoids the damage to the body. Windham stalls. Windham lands a takedown into guard.
Mozat escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Windham gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Mozat wants to sweep but no luck. Mozat manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Windham is trying desperately to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mozat is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Windham can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Mozat trying to control but he's not successful this time. Mozat swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Windham is now in Mozat's guard. A big mistake from Mozat there, giving up the dominant position! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Windham trying to control but Mozat is working from the bottom. Windham trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mozat's guard. Mozat escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Windham gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Mozat working for a triangle but Windham defends it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mozat has his foot on Windham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Windham works his way back into a safe position though. Mozat looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Windham wants to stand but Mozat is controlling his posture from full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mozat is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Windham is aware though and is defending well. Windham wanted to stand there but Mozat had control of the position. Windham really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mozat. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Mozat looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Windham tries to stand but Mozat is controlling from the bottom. Windham got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mozat has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Windham has managed to get both his arms back between Mozat's legs - danger averted. Windham wants to stand but Mozat is controlling his posture from full guard. Mozat thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Windham sitting in guard here, content to control. Mozat looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Windham wants to stand but Mozat is controlling his posture from full guard. Mozat is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mozat is looking for a triangle but Windham pushes his legs off easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Philip Mozat will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Windham lands a big uppercut and Mozat crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mozat looks OK. Windham waves Mozat back to his feet!
Mozat is rocked!
It looks like Philip Mozat has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mozat moves out of range as Windham strikes. Oh Mozat is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Windham throws a looping overhand right but Mozat ducks down to avoid it. Mozat seems to have got his legs back now. Windham cracks Mozat on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Mozat falls backwards against the cage. Windham follows up with more strikes that drop Mozat to his knees. Windham keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Mozat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aaron Windham!
