The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Samson wants to stand up but Wall is controlling him.
Wall passes Samson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Wall is trying to control the action in half guard but Samson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Wall is breathing heavily.
Samson is trying to stand up here but Wall is controlling him well.
Samson is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wall is working for a submission of some sort.

Samson pushes Wall off looking to stand but Wall dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wall is looking for a kimura but Samson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wall to get the leverage.
Samson is trying to stand up here but Wall is controlling him well.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Wall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Samson looks to land a combination but Wall avoids it well.
Samson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Samson throws a right and a left that both miss.
Samson is looking to clinch but Wall is avoiding it.
Wall tries for a takedown but Samson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Wall has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Samson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Samson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wall moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wall blocks a low kick nicely.
Samson scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Wall manages to get to full guard.
Wall looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Wall has his feet on Samson's thighs here. He's pushed Samson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Samson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
