Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael Hunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergey Gribov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michael Hunn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergey Gribov! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hunn shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Gribov won't allow Hunn to pass to mount. Gribov is trying to get back to full guard. Gribov looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Gribov is looking to improve his position.
Gribov is trying to maintain the position but Hunn is very close to passing his half guard. Hunn sitting and controlling from the half guard. Gribov is controlling Hunn's trapped leg to prevent Hunn from advancing to side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hunn is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Gribov throws a lazy right hand but Hunn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hunn rushes Gribov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Gribov is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Gribov is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hunn pulls him back up using the underhooks. Hunn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gribov is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hunn to the mat. Hunn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Gribov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hunn is keeping the position for now. Gribov is trying to land a reversal but Hunn doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Hunn is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Gribov! Gribov trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Hunn!
