Steele tries to close the distance and clinch up but roberts swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Steele has hold of roberts's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and roberts manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Steele is working to isolate an arm here. It's a choreographed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Steele extends the arm and roberts is forced to tap!
