Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heinz Spack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spack's entrance music is Kraftwerk's ' It's More Fun To Compute. A fine choice. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tommy Adams was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Heinz Spack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Adams! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adams ducks under a wild hook from Spack. Adams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Spack manages to avoid it. Spack is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Adams shoots in for a double leg but Spack sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Spack loads up on a big right hand but Adams slips the punch. Spack throws a lazy right hand but Adams sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Adams throws a jab but it's blocked by Spack. A telegraphed right hand from Spack misses the target. Adams takes a shot right to the bread basket. Spack punishes Adams's body with a nice straight punch. Adams misses with a hook. Adams is trying hard to land a takedown here. Spack sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Donk. Spack catches Adams right on the button with a cross. Spack takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Nice body punch from Spack. Adams shoots in and bounces Spack off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Adams throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spack is trying to control the position but Adams postures up. Adams in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Spack looking to hit a scissor sweep but Adams is one step ahead there. Adams looking to pass the guard. Spack knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Adams on the ground. Adams trying to control but Spack is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Adams is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Adams is looking to work some ground and pound but Spack has wrist control. Spack avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Adams wants to control from the top but Spack keeps moving. Spack is controlling Adams's posture.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Spack throws out a loose jab but Adams uses good head movement to avoid it. Spack slaps away a takedown attempt from Adams, before circling back to the center of the mat. Heinz Spack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Adams. Spack swings for the body but Adams moves out of range.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams tries to score with a low kick but Spack moves his leg out of the way. Adams slips a straight right by Spack. Spack lands a nice shot to the body.

Spack ducks under a wild hook from Adams. Adams looks to land a left hand but Spack moved out of range nicely. Adams moves out of range as Spack strikes. Adams looks to score with a jab to the body but Spack is just out of range. Spack misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Adams.
Spack throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Spack lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Adams at a distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Adams jabbing away but nothing is landing. Spack cracks Adams with a good jab. Adams missing with a left hand there. Spack was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Spack tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adams was well out of range. Poor timing from Spack. Spack ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Adams moves away. Spack misses with an uppercut. Adams saw that one coming. Spack misses with an uppercut. Spack throws a hook but Adams avoids it easily. Spack misses the shot to the body. Nice uppercut lands for Adams. That snapped Spack's head back.
Spack throws a jab when Adams was well out of range. A big left from Spack misses. Spack pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Spack misses with a looping left. A swing and a miss from Adams. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Heinz Spack dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Spack lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Spack throws a hook but Adams blocks it. Adams closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Spack wants to control but Adams postures up. Adams throws an elbow but Spack slips to the side and avoids it well. Adams has knee on belly and moves into mount. Adams looking to control but Spack is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Adams unloading with bombs! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Adams lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Spack keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Spack is squirming around, avoiding Adams's attempts to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adams sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Adams prevents Spack from getting the reversal. Adams scoring with strikes but Spack is staying in there. Adams looking to finish with strikes here!

Adams breaks from Spack's wrist control and lands an elbow. Adams punishing his opponent with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adams thowing shots but they're missing. Adams looking to control but Spack is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Adams lands a big elbow.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Spack tries to get out of the position. Adams trying to control but Spack is having none of it. Adams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. A nice elbow there by Adams. Tommy Adams has got the better of the ground game so far. Adams in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Adams wants to finish this one by submission but Spack is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Adams. Adams looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Adams is breathing heavily. Adams misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Adams thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Adams cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Adams is in the full mount, landing strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. BOOM! Adams connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Tommy Adams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Nice straight punches there by Spack. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Spack. Spack fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Adams manages to avoid it. Adams uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Spack. Spack throws an overhand right that lands on Adams's shoulder, as Adams tries to avoid the shot. Spack bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Adams's head backwards. Spack throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Adams drives through and clinches with Spack against the cage.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Spack. Adams pulls guard. Adams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Spack postures up.

Adams takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Adams wants to sweep but no luck. Adams controls Spack momentarily but Spack frees himself. Adams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Spack decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Adams, up you get! Spack swings for the body but Adams moves out of range.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Spack enables Adams to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Spack manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Adams throwing strikes from guard but Spack blocks nicely. Adams trying to control the position from guard on top but Spack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Adams loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Spack wants to sweep but no luck. Adams wants to pass the guard but Spack is keeping the position. Spack seems keen to control Adams's posture.

Spack swivels though and keeps the full guard. Adams trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Adams trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Adams throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Spack works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Adams missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Spack looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Spack working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Adams. Spack looking to hit a scissor sweep but Adams is one step ahead there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Spack keeping full guard, as Adams tries to pass. Adams keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Spack's head. Adams trying to control the position from guard on top but Spack is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Adams is pushing down on Spack's leg trying to pass to half guard. Spack is fighting to maintain full guard but Adams has managed to sneak the leg through. Adams tries to pass to full mount but Spack defends it. Adams sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Heinz Spack. I think Spack has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
