Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Branislav Bulldog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Glavatskyh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bulldog comes into the arena with Motivational Song - Ready For War Remix Beat blaring out of the sound system. Michael Glavatskyh acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Branislav Bulldog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Glavatskyh!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulldog stuffs the takedown.
The fight stays on the outside here - Glavatskyh looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Glavatskyh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bulldog avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bulldog has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Glavatskyh is proving hard to escape from.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bulldog postures up in Glavatskyh's guard and throws a big left but Glavatskyh blocks it.

Glavatskyh has his foot on Bulldog's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bulldog works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bulldog controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Glavatskyh looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bulldog has picked Glavatskyh up and slammed him! Glavatskyh can't keep hold of the triangle and Bulldog manages to pass to side control!
The referee asks Bulldog politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bulldog prefers to stall for the moment though.

Bulldog working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Glavatskyh is looking for a sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bulldog gets to mount! Glavatskyh was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Bulldog has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Glavatskyh is in all sorts of trouble here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Bulldog tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Glavatskyh drives through with a takedown into guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Branislav Bulldog.
Bulldog shoots in for a double leg but Glavatskyh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Branislav Bulldog has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Glavatskyh.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bulldog creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Glavatskyh throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bulldog escapes and throws Glavatskyh's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Oh but Glavatskyh is tightening it up a little... Bulldog has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Bulldog reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Bulldog taps out! nice BJJ there by Glavatskyh!
