Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Crhistian Browles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armando Sangre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Browles might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Knockin on Heaven's Door by: Guns n Roses . Crhistian Browles has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sangre misses with a takedown attempt - Browles sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sangre shoots in looking for a takedown. Browles tries to sprawl out of it but Sangre keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Browles manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sangre looks for a takedown but Browles sprawls well. Crhistian Browles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Armando Sangre. Browles scores with a takedown into Sangre's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Browles works a leg free and moves into half guard. Browles is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sangre! Sangre keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Browles is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sangre can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sangre bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Sangre really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Browles. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Browles trying to keep a closed guard but Sangre is proving a slippery customer.
Sangre stopping the sweep attempt from Browles. Sangre thows a big elbow that misses. Sangre throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Browles works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sangre avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Sangre must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Browles striking off his back but it's not causing Sangre any problems. Browles utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Sangre controls from within his opponent's guard. Sangre postures up in Browles's guard and throws a big left but Browles blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Browles preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sangre slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Armando Sangre has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Browles has his takedown stuffed and Sangre counters with a series of strikes. Browles will be more careful next time no doubt. Sangre shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Browles forces Sangre back against the cage and clinches. Sangre fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Browles turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Sangre tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Browles stands up and we're back to a striking position. Browles is breathing heavily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sangre dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Browles tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sangre swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sangre tries to clinch up and Browles counters with a nice uppercut. Sangre scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Sangre tries to stand but can't do so whilst Browles controls his leg. Browles is trying to stand back up but Sangre is controlling him

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Sangre wants to pass the guard but Browles is defending well. Sangre decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Sangre changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Horrible takedown by Browles or perhaps it was just good defense by Sangre which made him look bad. Sangre wants to clinch up but Browles keeps it at a distance. Sangre misses with a combination
and Browles counters with a nice body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Crhistian Browles dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Browles stuffs the takedown attempt from Sangre. Sangre gets slowly back to his feet. Sangre gets the takedown into side control. Browles is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sangre asserts his dominance and retains side control. Browles tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sangre wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Sangre postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Sangre throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Sangre misses with the ground and pound. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sangre wants to control but Browles is keeping him busy. Sangre is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Browles's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sangre moves into full mount! Browles really wants to buck Sangre off and get back to his feet. Browles in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Browles sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Sangre throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Browles blocking the ground and pound attempt from Sangre. Sangre looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Sangre looking for a submission but Browles manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Sangre wants to pass the guard but Browles is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sangre wants to control from the top but Browles keeps moving. Browles scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Sangre is looking to clinch. A lazy left from Sangre finds it's target. Left hook, right uppercut from Sangre. Sangre tries to close the distance and clinch up but Browles swats him away and circles back towards the center. Browles doesn't manage to clinch there - Sangre circles away.
Browles moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Browles enables Sangre to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Browles manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Sangre landing with the ground and pound. Sangre is looking to stand up but Browles won't let him. Sangre trying to control but Browles is working from the bottom. Sangre has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Browles is proving hard to escape from. Sangre content to stall in guard here. Browles uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Sangre shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Browles pinned against the cage. Browles gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sangre tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Browles swivels and escapes. Crhistian Browles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Armando Sangre. Browles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sangre circles away. Browles takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Browles checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Sangre swats away the attempt to clinch by Browles. Sangre closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Browles to the mat! Browles manages to get full guard. Browles working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sangre doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sangre manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sangre working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Armando Sangre showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Sangre works over Browles's head and body with a nice combination. Sangre is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Sangre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Browles's waist but Browles gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sangre off to one side. Browles rushes Sangre and presses him up against the cage. Sangre takes a knee to the side of the body. Browles goes for a takedown attempt but Sangre pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Browles scores with a sloppy right hand. Sangre should have avoided that one. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Browles has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Sangre looks to clinch and Browles counters with a left and a right that stings Sangre. Sangre lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Sangre doesn't manage to clinch there - Browles circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sangre's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sangre duly obliges. Crhistian Browles is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. No luck for Browles with that takedown attempt. Sangre tries to clinch up and Browles counters by moving into the clinch. Sangre lands with a short shot to the head. Sangre tries to pull guard but Browles holds him up against the cage and eventually Sangre drops back down to his feet.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Crhistian Browles. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sangre's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sangre darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Sangre wants to pass the guard but Browles is defending well.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Armando Sangre hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Sangre fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Browles sprawls well initially but Sangre persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sangre slows the pace down in half guard. Sangre tries to stand but can't do so whilst Browles controls his leg. Browles is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sangre postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Browles to stand up. Sangre shoots in and drives through. Browles sprawls well. Browles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sangre lands a two punch combo.
Browles throws a head kick that misses and Sangre moves into the clinch. Sangre jumps guard but Browles stands there with Sangre around his waist. Sangre gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight! Armando Sangre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sangre has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
