Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Krigare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl The Crusher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krigare's entrance music is Achtung Pantzer by Raubtier. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Krigare! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl The Crusher! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krigare uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The Crusher. Krigare jabbing away but nothing is landing. Good leg kick by Krigare there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The Crusher cracks a nice hook into Krigare's ribs. Krigare misses with a body punch
and The Crusher counters with a stiff right hand. Krigare bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Carl The Crusher has been cut. Krigare misses with a double jab
and The Crusher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Krigare swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and The Crusher counters with a stiff right hand. Krigare walks into a left hand. The Crusher uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Krigare. Horrible takedown by The Crusher or perhaps it was just good defense by Krigare which made him look bad. Krigare throws a combination that misses and The Crusher counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The Crusher fails with an attempt to clinch.
Krigare shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Krigare throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krigare tries to pass the half guard into mount. The Crusher knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The Crusher is looking to control Krigare's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can The Crusher avoid being mounted? The Crusher has his hands clasped together around Krigare's back. He's all about the action. The Crusher trying to hold on to Krigare's head to control him but Krigare postures up.
Krigare decides to stand and escape the position. Krigare lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krigare swings and misses with a shot to the body and The Crusher counters with a left to the body. Krigare jabbing away but nothing is landing. The Crusher is trying hard to land a takedown here. Krigare sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Krigare throws a shot to the body.
Krigare connects with an inside leg kick. The Crusher blocks a head kick by Krigare.
The Crusher closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The Crusher pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A low kick from Krigare misses and The Crusher counters with a nice body shot. The Crusher misses with a series of wild punches.
The Crusher will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Daniel Krigare has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl The Crusher. Krigare throws a hook but The Crusher blocks it. Krigare misses with a combination
and Krigare takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krigare thows a leg kick but The Crusher checks it and The Crusher counters with a nice body shot. Krigare throws a jab when The Crusher was well out of range. Krigare shoots in and gets a takedown into The Crusher's guard. Krigare throws a big right hand that misses. Krigare is looking to work some ground and pound but The Crusher has wrist control. Krigare throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as The Crusher works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The Crusher keeping full guard, as Krigare tries to pass. The Crusher is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The Crusher looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Crusher is looking to stall here but Krigare recovers full guard. The Crusher passes Krigare's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The Crusher with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Crusher thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Krigare's head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Crusher prevents Krigare from improving his position. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Daniel Krigare dominated that round. The cut man is working on Carl The Crusher's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
The Crusher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Krigare.
Krigare is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by The Crusher. The Crusher ducks down and throws a hook to the body. The Crusher works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. The Crusher changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Krigare tries to avoid it but The Crusher manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Krigare to the ground. Krigare escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. The Crusher uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Krigare. Krigare throws an uppercut from half a mile away. The Crusher sees it coming and avoids it easily. Krigare misses with a body shot
and The Crusher counters with a series of strikes. Krigare will be more careful next time no doubt. The Crusher gets in close and instigates a clinch. Krigare clinches but The Crusher breaks the clinch and The Crusher counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Krigare's guard now. Krigare is working an open guard so The Crusher takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Krigare thows a body shot but no joy. Krigare pushing out the jab but it's not landing. The Crusher instigates a clinch. The Crusher has Krigare pressed against the cage, preventing Krigare from circling away and getting back to striking at range. The Crusher lands with a left to the head. Krigare breaks from the clinch.
The Crusher fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The Crusher takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Krigare throws a looping overhand right but The Crusher ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krigare wants to clinch. Krigare fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Krigare throws a leg kick but The Crusher sees it coming and moves out of range. The Crusher cracks Krigare with a right hand to the side of the head. Krigare throws a quick inside leg kick. Krigare shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and The Crusher connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The Crusher tries to score a power double leg takedown but Krigare sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten The Crusher somewhat. Krigare throws a left and a right that both miss
and The Crusher holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Krigare lands a hook that snaps the head of The Crusher backwards. The Crusher lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Krigare is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. The Crusher is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Krigare gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Daniel Krigare has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl The Crusher. Krigare breaks the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krigare misses with a hook. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Krigare throws a big shot that misses. The Crusher scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Krigare is looking for a sweep. Krigare stops The Crusher from passing to mount. The Crusher advances to mount. Krigare avoids a series of strikes thrown by The Crusher.
The Crusher trying to control but Krigare is having none of it. The Crusher is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Krigare has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Krigare!

Krigare throws and elbow that misses. The Crusher uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Krigare's guard. Nice move by The Crusher! Krigare looking to hit a scissor sweep but The Crusher is one step ahead there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Crusher trying to control the position from guard on top but Krigare is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
Carl The Crusher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Carl The Crusher's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
The Crusher displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Krigare. The Crusher thuds his right hand into Krigare's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. The Crusher takes a swing at Krigare's ribcage but misses. Krigare misses with an uppercut. The Crusher circles away from the clinch attempt.
The Crusher tries to close the distance and clinch but Krigare swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Krigare looks to land a left hand but The Crusher moved out of range nicely. The Crusher takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Krigare misses with a shot to the body and The Crusher counters with a two punch combo. The Crusher throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Krigare tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. The Crusher is in Krigare's guard. The Crusher missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The Crusher trying to control but Krigare is working from the bottom. The Crusher throwing strikes from guard but Krigare blocks nicely. Krigare on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Krigare tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Crusher sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Krigare doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! The Crusher paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Krigare - great work!
