Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Methot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Mehoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Mehoff tenderised Methot's leg. Methot is trying to keep his angry face on.

Methot fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mehoff manages to avoid it.

Mehoff changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Methot tries to avoid it but Mehoff manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Methot to the ground. Methot escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Methot jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mehoff walks away with a smile on his face. Methot gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
