PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rumor Chance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mariuz Taurosevicius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chance might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to This Joint. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Taurosevicius fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Chance.

Taurosevicius breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Taurosevicius comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Chance takes a shot to the body in his stride.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circle momentarily. Taurosevicius darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Chance is rocked!
Taurosevicius is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Chance flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Chance is out cold! Taurosevicius holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
