Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Willy Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Willy Coffey has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Willy Coffey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Blaze! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coffey instigates a clinch. Blaze should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Coffey controlling the action here for a moment.
Coffey lands with a short shot to the head. Blaze has Coffey pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Coffey manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Coffey cracks Blaze with a nice body shot. Blaze's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Coffey is leaning against Blaze and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Blaze tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Coffey smiles and moves away.
Blaze is looking to score with low kicks. Blaze fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Coffey is out of range. Coffey tries to clinch but Blaze is having none of it. Blaze shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Coffey drives through and clinches with Blaze against the cage.
Blaze is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Coffey gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Willy Coffey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Blaze. Coffey decides to pull guard. Blaze is in close to Coffey's body, working some short punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Blaze passes Coffey's left leg - he's now in half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Blaze connects with a nice short shot to Coffey's temple.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blaze missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Blaze seems to be looking for submissions.
Blaze looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Blaze connects with a nice short shot to Coffey's temple. Blaze is looking for a kimura here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Blaze thows a huge punch but Coffey dodges it nicely.
Blaze passes to full mount! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Blaze cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Blaze putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Coffey has left one of his arms exposed and Blaze doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Coffey screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
