A fine choice. Sandusky has chosen Ice Ice Baby as his entrance music. Clive Craven has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gary Sandusky! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sandusky throws a looping overhand right but Craven ducks down to avoid it. Craven defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sandusky. Sandusky throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Sandusky closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Craven to the mat! Craven manages to get full guard. Craven keeping full guard, as Sandusky tries to pass. That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Sandusky moves nicely into side control. Sandusky looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Craven is avoiding damage well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. The ground and pound from Sandusky seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Sandusky with the ground and pound but Craven regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Sandusky thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Craven to regain full guard. Craven avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Craven knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sandusky on the ground. Craven preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sandusky trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sandusky thows a big elbow that misses. Sandusky looking to pass the guard. Gary Sandusky dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Craven throws a solid leg kick but Sandusky takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Craven. Sandusky slips a straight right by Craven. Sandusky throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Craven. Sandusky throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Sandusky has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Craven trying to control the position here. That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Sandusky has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Craven is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Sandusky. Sandusky tries to bench press Craven off him but Craven keeps the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sandusky is trying to escape the position but Craven is controlling the position. Sandusky manages to work his way to half guard, despite Craven's best efforts. Sandusky regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sandusky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Craven is one step ahead there. Sandusky looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sandusky throwing shots but Craven is blocking nicely. Sandusky sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Craven defending well though. Sandusky not landing any meaningful shots this time. Sandusky wants to free his trapped foot but Craven is holding on for dear life with his legs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gary Sandusky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Sandusky shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Craven is in a horrible position here. Sandusky smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Sandusky throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Craven tries to get out of the position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sandusky looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Craven covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
