The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Memphis lands a nice looking kick to the body. Tribbett takes a step back to recover.
Tribbett shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Memphis as he avoids it easily.
Tribbett shoots in looking for a takedown. Memphis tries to sprawl out of it but Tribbett keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Memphis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Memphis lands a head kick. Tribbett smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Memphis stuffs the takedown.
Rock Memphis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charlie Tribbett.

Tribbett darts in and clinches Memphis up against the cage.

Tribbett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Memphis's waist but Memphis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tribbett off to one side.

Tribbett is trying desperately to land a takedown but Memphis is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Tribbett.

A left and a right from Memphis both land. Nice combination.

Tribbett is rocked!
Memphis connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Tribbett tumbling to the canvas! Memphis pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Tribbett was done - good stoppage!
