Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Mackey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mykal Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zulu has chosen Shyne ft. Barrington Levy - Bad Boyz as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A bone on bone clash there as Zulu blocks the leg kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zulu is defended easily by Mackey.
Nice sprawl there from Mackey as Zulu shoots in.

A slapping leg kick lands for Mackey.

Zulu takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mackey lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Mackey scores with a sloppy right hand. Zulu should have avoided that one.

Zulu takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Mackey moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Zulu takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Mykal Zulu has been cut.
Mackey lands a right hook to the body.
Zulu takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Mackey lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Mackey is looking to wear down Zulu with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Mackey cracks Zulu with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Zulu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Zulu is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mackey is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Zulu.

Mykal Zulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mackey cracks a nice hook into Zulu's ribs.
Mackey uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zulu has time to react.
Mackey lands with a big left! Zulu is wobbled badly! Mackey comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Zulu to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
