Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Iko Miler!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miler bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Antonio del Solar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
del Solar doesn't manage to clinch there - Miler circles away.
del Solar tries to clinch but Miler is having none of it.
Nice sprawl there from del Solar as Miler shoots in.
Miler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but del Solar avoids it really well and circles away.
Miler scores with a push kick.

del Solar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Miler fails with an attempt to clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Miler stops a takedown attempt from del Solar.

del Solar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Miler gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows del Solar to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Miler is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

del Solar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Miler has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, del Solar has managed to get both his arms back between Miler's legs - danger averted.

del Solar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

del Solar lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Miler down.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miler is working to avoid the ground and pound but del Solar connects with a decent elbow.

Miler is not content to let del Solar control the position.
del Solar scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Miler to see if he's OK.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Miler jumps guard but del Solar stands there with Miler around his waist. Miler gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

del Solar moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Miler is breathing heavily.

del Solar has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Miler clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

del Solar is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Miler taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from del Solar.
