I think Loyola might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to England Belongs to Me. Andrei Emelianenko has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Paulo Loyola's chin.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrei Emelianenko! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Emelianenko.
Nice shot lands for Loyola. Some wild striking there from Emelianenko.
Loyola closes this distance looking for a takedown but Emelianenko circles away. Loyola looks to land a combination but Emelianenko avoids it well. Loyola doesn't manage to clinch there - Emelianenko circles away.

The fight stays on the outside here - Loyola looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Emelianenko looks to land a combination but Loyola avoids it well. Loyola's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Loyola duly obliges. Emelianenko swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Loyola counters by clinching up. Loyola pushes off an throws an elbow but Emelianenko leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Loyola blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Loyola breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Emelianenko misses with a wild combination.
Loyola connects with a high kick.
It looks like Andrei Emelianenko has been cut. Emelianenko scores with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. A punch combination from Emelianenko misses. Loyola is looking to clinch. Emelianenko with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Loyola to score with a decent uppercut. Emelianenko throws an overhand right that lands on Loyola's shoulder, as Loyola tries to avoid the shot. A head kick misses from Loyola. Loyola is breathing heavily. Loyola throws a push kick but Emelianenko slaps the foot to one side. Loyola fails with a takedown attempt. Loyola throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Emelianenko connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Emelianenko throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Loyola is rocked! Emelianenko drops Loyola with a huge uppercut! Loyola drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Emelianenko is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
