Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Brashears (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and zorrito falcon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brashears throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around falcon's waist but falcon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brashears off to one side.
A jab from falcon misses.

falcon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than falcon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
falcon is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Brashears can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

falcon swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Brashears is now in falcon's guard. A big mistake from falcon there, giving up the dominant position!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

falcon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brashears doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brashears manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

falcon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brashears defends well.
Brashears won't allow falcon to get back to his feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Brashears fails to land the takedown.

and Brashears counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Brashears.
Brashears changes levels and goes for a takedown here. falcon fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Brashears is breathing heavily.
falcon avoids a punch combination nicely.
falcon lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Brashears backs up against the cage.

and falcon counters with a single leg into guard. Brashears didn't expect that.

falcon winds up and cracks Brashears with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Brashears is defending against the submission attempts here by falcon.
falcon is trying to control. Brashears wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
falcon throws a strike but Brashears avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
falcon has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Brashears is proving hard to escape from.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Brashears fails to land the takedown.

falcon moves into the clinch successfully.
falcon tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brashears smiles and moves away.

and Brashears counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Brashears pulls falcon into guard.

falcon stands and steps away. Brashears gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Brashears on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Brashears tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but falcon paws at him with a jab and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

falcon scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Brashears throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
falcon fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Brashears shoots in looking for a takedown. falcon tries to sprawl out of it but Brashears keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. falcon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Brashears scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
falcon is trying to control Brashears's posture but Brashears avoids it.
falcon regains half guard.

falcon manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Brashears takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ryan Brashears is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
falcon moves in looking to clinch but Brashears pushes him off.
