Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! CORTEZ throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. CORTEZ looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Excellent takedown into side control there by Klerk. Klerk tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Klerk is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. CORTEZ looks calm but he's in trouble here. Klerk gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. CORTEZ is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Klerk lets go of the hold and CORTEZ can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ivan Klerk!
